工作流程/Work process
初級采樣頭與主皮帶連鎖,按照設(shè)定的時間間隔,采樣頭旋轉(zhuǎn)周,從運動的帶式輸送機上取得一個完整的橫截面的子樣,子樣通過溜槽落人初級皮帶給料機,由初級皮帶給科機將物料均勻地送八破碎機。破碎機將物料破碎到所要求的粒度,由二級皮帶給料機經(jīng)縮分器縮分出樣品,最后樣品被收集到防水、防塵的容器中。采樣系統(tǒng)中的余料通過斗式提升機返回到輸煤系統(tǒng)帶式輸送機上。
